Description

The IP150+ is an Ethernet-based internet module that allows Paradox control panels to connect to the internet or a local network and provide:

• remote access and system settings via a web interface or mobile app,

• event reporting to a security company,

• mobile app and software integration (e.g., BlueEye, InsiteGold) and email notifications.
  This module meets modern requirements for IP communication in security systems.

Key Features

• Processes Ethernet connection (wired) with a local network/internet.

• Default DHCP configuration, with the option to assign a static IP address.

• The module can be controlled and its firmware updated remotely.

• Supports SSL (secure email sending) and encrypted connection.

• Compatible with several Paradox control panels: series such as EVO, Spectra SP/SP+, Magellan MG+, etc.

Compatibility and limitations

• The module is compatible with control panels manufactured after 2012 or those with the required firmware.

• The updated version (IP150+MQ) works with the MQTT protocol, but has additional requirements: only with the IPC10 receiver, only with the BlueEye app (InsiteGold is not compatible).

• While static IP address support is listed for the module, in practice, the module’s firmware version and support services must be monitored.
