AV-09KFBI is a versatile IP video intercom and access control panel designed for commercial premises and apartment buildings. The device combines an intercom system, access control, and smart access features in a single solution. The panel features an aluminum housing, a full keypad, and a concierge button, providing convenient and secure everyday use.
Multiple authentication methods can be used for entry: facial recognition, QR code, RFID card or key fob, guest access link, the BAS-IP Link app, UKEY mobile access, Apple Watch (via Link APP PLUS), API, or unlocking from an indoor monitor.
The system allows flexible access rule creation and identifier validity management. It supports control of electromechanical locks, elevator control via the BAS-IP EVRC-IP module, and server-based access management through the BAS-IP Link cloud or a self-hosted server. The panel also supports open API integration, remote firmware updates, and can connect up to 8 additional locks using SH-42 expansion modules.
